Shanna Moll
Shanna has over 35 years of experience as a Master Stylist, Colorist, Trichologist and Hair Loss Specialist. After years of working with guests, Shanna began to notice that there really weren’t any compassionate solutions readily available for her guests experiencing hair loss. So, she began what became her mission and passion and started on a path to bring the best hair loss solutions from around the world to people suffering from hair loss, with fine and thinning hair.
Skipping forward to today, Shanna is a speaker and national educator on the topic of hair loss and non-surgical hair restoration solutions. Shanna’s empathy, life experience, business acumen and quest for continuing education makes her uniquely qualified to help those experiencing hair loss at any stage – from first notice to extreme hair loss. Shanna has specially designed her studios to be warm, welcoming and private.
Shanna is a national educator for Jon Renau, an international manufacturer of wigs, hair toppers, and extensions, known worldwide for their commitment to quality. She works closely with the Jon Renau team and has developed her own line that meets her exacting standards.
In addition, Refined Hair, (located in Austin, Texas), is one of only 115 in the world certified by Cesare Ragazzi to perform 3D cranial prosthetics. The CNC® hair restoration system is truly a breakthrough in hair replacement and is the most technologically advanced, non-invasive, dermatologically-tested, hair replacement system found anywhere in the world today. This system gives precise control over the way your hair looks, feels, and styles.
Shanna works tirelessly to help educate, not just her guests, but other stylists and the general public as to new advances in prevention of hair loss. She has spoken before the Texas Legislature to advocate for a bill to have insurance companies cover wigs/cranial prostheses for people with cancer or other profound medical issues dealing with hair loss.
Shanna routinely speaks to Aveda training schools and various other organizations on how to recognize and help guests thrive, even though they may be experiencing hair loss.
