How the Process Works

During your consultation, we identify exactly what you need based on your lifestyle, your situation, and your price point. From there, we either design a custom piece specifically for you or customize a standard product to blend with your natural hair.
Once your new system arrives at the salon, we schedule an appointment to put it on and cut it in so it blends seamlessly, then style it to match your inspiration picture.

Measurements, Color Matching, and Follow-Ups

Measurements, color matching, and follow-up appointments are all part of the process. We take measurements so the piece we recommend provides the coverage you are looking for. We match the color as closely as possible to your natural hair, and because we typically work with human hair, we can color the system to get that perfect match.
We are conservative with our cuts, especially on the systems, so we never take off too much, since it will not grow back. If any tweaks are needed, follow-up appointments are available.

Care and Maintenance

You will go home with a care package that includes a starting set of shampoo and conditioner along with detailed care instructions. We are also available by phone or text whenever questions come up.
Most clients come in for a maintenance appointment every four weeks, though this varies from person to person. These visits include cleaning the system, caring for your scalp to keep it healthy, and reapplying the system. Repairs can be done on certain systems.
