Refined Hair is led by owner Tammy Kirkwood, who understands, personally, how much hair loss can affect the way someone feels about themselves. She experienced these services herself eight years ago and saw the difference they made. In 2024, she purchased Refined Hair so she could keep offering that same care to others.
That belief still runs through everything here. Compassion, empathy, and discretion are not extras. They are how we work.
